There are two types of payment options available for your convenience.
DAY TRIP RESERVATIONS:
Full payment is due at time of booking. You can pay by check only and send payment into our office address below. (when making reservation).
MULTI-DAY TOUR RESERVATIONS:
You may reserve online with your credit card through our secure checkout service. You may pay your deposit by check. Your final payment will be outlined per tour and may be paid by credit card or check.

Day Trip cancellation policy:
Day Trips are not refundable if a cancellation occurs. Due to our guest counts and vendor payments, we must secure your space well in advance. If you must cancel, you may transfer your reservation and funds individually to another person (please let us know the new guest's name and information in advance). Thank you for your understanding.
Multi-Day Tours cancellation policy:
If you have to cancel, you may do so within 31 days of the experience and receive a full refund, *unless otherwise noted on brochure/or your invoice. (Paid Flights will receive airline credit from the airline of purchase. Pre-paid Attractions, Excursions, Hotels are on a case by case basis).
*Each tour has a specific cancellation date and guidelines. Please read your invoice carefully.
If you would like to secure your tour with a travel protection plan, insurance may be purchased as an option through any private travel agent, through a AAA membership.

We use a variety of different modes of transportation when traveling. If the destination is close enough or merits a coach, we will take one. Some destinations would benefit the time saved by flying. In that case we would fly to our destination and then utilize a motor coach while on the experience. Our small group destinations may use smaller coaches and/or caravans (seating 10-24 travelers).
Our larger chartered motor coaches are top of the line machines. All with tinted windows and reclining seats, this is not your generic bus. Also included is free wireless internet onboard. There is also a restroom for your convenience on the bus. We also stop about every two hours to take a break and use the restroom.
Snacks and beverages are welcome on the bus. We also provide bottled water and goodies for everyone.
We use top of the line properties, such as Marriott, in all of our destinations. Comfort, cleanliness, and safety are priorities when staying with all properties we book.
Gratuities are left to the discretion of our traveling guests. We are proud to have some of the finest Tour Directors and Drivers in the business and they work hard to make sure your vacation is safe, comfortable and entertaining throughout.

Suggested gratuities (industry standards)
DAY TRIP EXCURSIONS: $5.00-$7.00 for your Driver and $5.00-$7.00 for your Tour Host.
MULTI-DAY JOURNEYS: $7.00-$10.00 for your Driver and $7.00-$10.00 for your Tour Host.

Your tipping is highly appreciated, but never expected or solicited.
We often hire step-on guides to enhance your tour. Their fee and a gratuity is included in your tour fare. If you feel a step on guide enhanced your tour experience, you are welcome to personally offer a gratuity, as well.
On Multi-day motorcoach tours:
Guests are allowed one large suitcase to put underneath the bus, as well as a backpack size bag for on the bus and a personal item. Specific dimensions/sizes and accommodations will be outlined in your final tour information packet prior to departure.
On Multi-day air/motorcoach tours:
Guests are allowed one large checked suitcase, as well as a backpack size bag and a personal item in the airplane/bus cabin. Specific dimensions/sizes and accommodations will be outlined in your final tour information packet prior to departure.
If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know when making a reservation online or on the telephone. We cannot guarantee all dietary preferences, but will do our best by letting the vendors on your trip know in advance. If you have seating preferences (on the motor coach) due to sickness or health, please advise us and we will try to accommodate you.
You have joined a group journey to enjoy. We expect our guests to have common sense and courtesy to one another as well as Cornerstone Travel Group Hosts and Motor Coach Operators. Please remember to:
1) Always be punctual for the group
2) Use personal electronic devices and phones quietly while onboard. Turn off any noises (ringers/games/notifications).
3) Respect your seat mates next around you. Don't set your seat back too far without asking your neighbor behind you first.
4) One of the joys of coach travel is getting to experience different cultures and lifestyles at your destination. Remember the rule "When in Rome".
4) Follow all instructions of your Tour Host and Motor coach Operators, Cornerstone Travel Group has zero tolerance for abusive, vulgar or offensive behavior while on a journey. We reserve the right to excuse/remove any guest that is causing any other guest(s) or staff to be uncomfortable at anytime (regardless of location) and said guests forfeits the remainder of their trip and paid monies.
5) Stay healthy while traveling by washing your hands often and frequently, using hand sanitizers, and not traveling at all if you are sick.
6) Lastly, keep an open mind and journey safe, healthy and happy!
