Day 1 – (June 16): Travel to France
Depart the USA on your overnight flight to Paris.
Day 2 (June 17): Paris, France
Arrive in Paris where a representative greets and transfers you to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to explore or relax.
Day 3 (June 18): Paris, France
Begin the morning with a panoramic tour of the city. See landmarks such as the Louvre, Opéra Garnier, Place Vendôme, Le Marais, Place de la Concorde, Champs Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, and the Eiffel Tower. The afternoon is free for independent sightseeing.

Day 4 (June 19): Embark the MS Emerald Lumi
Transfer to the MS Emerald Lumi and settle into your stateroom. Enjoy time to explore the ship before a welcome dinner on board. Cruise overnight toward Vernon. (B,D)
Day 5 (June 20): Vernon and Giverny
Visit Giverny, home of Claude Monet. Tour the artist’s restored house and explore the famous gardens that inspired his Water Lilies series, including the Japanese Bridge and lily ponds.

Day 6 (June 21): Rouen, France
Join a guided walking tour of Rouen’s medieval center. Learn about the city’s Viking origins, the story of Joan of Arc, and see the magnificent Notre Dame Cathedral. Later, enjoy a World War II lecture on board in preparation for your visit to Normandy.

Day 7 (June 22): Honfleur and Normandy Beaches
Take part in a full day experience exploring the historic D Day landing sites. Visit key beaches, memorials, and museums honoring the Allied forces. Your ship remains docked in Honfleur overnight.

Day 8 (June 23): Honfleur, France
Enjoy a morning walking tour of this charming harbor town known for its old port, narrow streets, and timber framed houses. Visit St. Catherine Church and enjoy a local oyster tasting.

Day 9 (June 24): Les Andelys, France
Take in tranquil Seine views during a cheese tasting on board. Later, visit a traditional cider farm to learn about Normandy’s apple growing traditions and enjoy a tasting of regional products.

Day 10 (June 25): La Roche Guyon, France
Walk to the nearby Château de La Roche Guyon for a guided tour. Explore the gardens and elegant rooms of this historic estate, once a fortified castle and later a noble retreat.

Day 11 (June 26): Paris and Return to USA
After breakfast, disembark and transfer to the airport for your flight home, filled with memories of your journey along the Seine. (B)
